Once we have received your payment, your package will be dispatched via Colissimo by Laposte with signature upon receipt. The tracking number will be communicated to you either by e-mail or by telephone, and you will receive the associated invoice with your purchase.
Your items are well protected during shipment by shock-absorbing containers.
Shipping costs only include postage. Packaging and preparation costs are included, as well as insurance in the event of loss or damage to your product during delivery.
If your product is lost during delivery, please contact Laposte. fr or Casse marine enlèvement to initiate procedures for reimbursement.

The fixed price for the delivery of your parcel follows the colissimo price rules.
Within 3 to 6 working days following validation of the order, the products are dispatched via the colissimo service of the French post office, or other equivalent means.
As soon as the products have been dispatched, the customer is informed by e-mail of the tracking number, which will enable him to follow the progress of his parcel by post on the www.colisposte.net website.
The customer’s fixed contribution to shipping costs was specified when the order was validated. In the event that the amount of the order allows the customer to have free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the means of transport used for shipping the said order.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when validating the order.
Products will be delivered within 3 to 6 days of the final order confirmation e-mail being sent to the customer.
We apologize for any delays in delivery due to bad weather, strikes, holidays and public holidays. We depend on an external third party for the delivery of our goods.
